About Us
Our Goal
The Grey Barn has been serving vacationers in the Finger Lakes since 2006. Our goal has been to provide travelers like you with a comfortable space that feels like home.
We have stocked the house with everything we could think of so you don't have to bring anything with you besides food.
The house is bright and cheerful, full of local art and located centrally to Ithaca, the colleges, Cayuga Lake, waterfalls and the Wine Trail.
About The Grey Barn
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The Grey Barn can sleep 10. There are 4 bedrooms, two downstairs and three beds upstairs.
The Lavender Room downstairs has a queen bed, full closet and serene view. The Melon room is also downstairs with a queen bed, full closet and garden view. Both rooms are across the hall from the full bathroom.
Upstairs has a private queen bedroom with a small balcony and separate entrance to use if desired. There is also a full bed and a pullout futon sofa bed in the entertainment area.
There are two bathrooms downstairs. The full bathroom has a double sink, tub and shower. The second is a half bathroom with sink and toilet. It is easily accessible from the upstairs bedrooms.
Amenities
The Grey Barn is fully equipped with anything you might need while on vacation. There is Wifi high speed internet, washer and dryer, a gas grill and lots of parking.
All linens and towels are provided and the beds will be made and ready for you.
The kitchen appliances are new and we have supplied all the utensils you may need. We have provided a coffee maker and Keurig . There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
We have games for indoors and out. You can bring DVDs to play on the TV upstairs or browse through the ones we have here.
The house is accessible with a combination lock so there are no keys to transfer or keep track of.
The goal is for you to arrive and start your vacation right away!
Rates 2019-2020
Rates are for the entire house.
Peak season May 1-October 30 is $500 per night with a 3 night minimum stay.
Off season rates November 1- April 30th are $450 per night with a 2 night minimum stay.
There is a $100 fee for cleaning. Taxes are additional.
